Ingredients

6 Egg Roll wrappers

1 cup Gnar Gnar Kraut

1 cup leftover turkey, shredded
- Cranberry sauce
- 1 cup of stuffing
- Vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup of gravy, for dipping
Instructions
- Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape and spread a thin layer of cranberry sauce
- Add a few tablespoons of stuffing and turkey
- Add Gnar Gnar Kraut
- Fold the bottom half up and tightly fold in sides
- Gently roll, then seal fold a couple drops of water

Repeat steps above until all egg rolls are assembled
- In large skillet over medium heat, heat oil until it starts to bubble
- Add egg rolls and fry until golden — 1 minute per side
- Transfer to paper towel-lined plate to cool slightly
- Serve with heated gravy
