Ingredients

Butter Beans
- 2 Fresh Rosemary Sprigs
- 150ML Olive Oil
- 2 TBSP Boiled Water
- 1/2 TSP Smoked Paprika
- 8 Slices of Sourdough Bread
- 1-2 Large Cloves of Garlic
- 8 Slices of Cured Spanish Ham
- Extra Virfin Olive Oil
Instructions
- Drain and Rinse the butter beans, then add them to a food processor.
- Chop up the rosemary and add it to the food processor.
- Combine together in the food processor. Reduce speed and add in a drizzle of olive oil.
- Add in hot water until smooth. Add Paprika to taste.
- Toast sourdough bread
- Peel garlic cloves, cut off the ends, then rub the toast with the cut garlic.
- Top sourdough slices with butter bean mash and a slice of cured ham.
- Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil, seasalt and papkria.
- Enjoy!
Notes
Onions: Use a sweeter one such as Vidalia, or use white or red. They all have different strengths and flavor levels, so you'll get different results. But they're all great!
