Ingredients

1 Cup Classic Kimchi
- 1 Tablespoon Seasame Oil
- 1/2 Yellow Onion, Sliced
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 2 1/2 Cups Chicken Stock
- 1/4 Cup of Kimchi Juice
- 1-2 Tablespoons Gochugaru
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Green Onion
Instructions
- Add Sesame oil to a pot over medium heat. Add in onion, garlic, Classic Kimchi, and sugar. Cook for about 3-4 minutes. Stir often to ensure even cooking. Add in Chicken Stock, then bring to a boil.
- Once stew begins to boil, add in Kimchi juice, Gochugaru, and Soy Sauce. Cook for an additional 8 minutes or to desired stew consitency.
- Serve in bowls.

Notes
* Not a fan of heat? Try switching out Classic Kimchi for Mild Kimchi and enjoy a more subtle kick of flavor.
